Krafton and Netflix are reported to have announced a live-action PUBG series, which is in development. Donald Glover is reported to be directing, writing, executive producing and starring. Stephen Glover, Donald's brother, is reportedly set to write and executive produce alongside him. No release date, cast beyond Glover, or plot details have been reported.

Additional executive producers are reported as: Michael Schaefer of Neon TV, Fam Udeorji for Gilga, and Taeseok Jang and Sujin Lee for LV3H, Krafton's entertainment division.

The announcement is thin on specifics, and GameSpot reads it as early days for the show. GameSpot also notes a separate animated PUBG series from Castlevania's Adi Shankar is on the way.
