Patricia Summersett is heading to Toronto. The actor who voices Princess Zelda in Nintendo's modern era is confirmed for Toronto Game Expo, per MobileSyrup's October 19, 2026 report, with the convention set for November 2026.
Summersett took over the role with Breath of the Wild in 2017 and has held it since — Tears of the Kingdom, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity and the Skyward Sword HD remaster all carry her performance. For a generation of players, she's simply what Zelda sounds like.
The Mastodon post that surfaced the news kept it short: Summersett "will be in attendance at Toronto Game Expo."
What that looks like on the floor — panel, signing table, photo ops — isn't in the report yet. Convention guest schedules usually firm up in the weeks before the show, and lineups tend to grow rather than shrink.
For Canadian Zelda fans, it's a local shot at the voice behind two of the biggest Nintendo releases of the last decade. Keep an eye on the expo's panel schedule as November gets closer.
